Double insulation over GB400 boxes for downlights

Hi all,
First post here I'm always reading the forums though!

I've got 5 downlights in my bathroom, previously (when i bought the house) they had insulation over them so i fitted some GB400 boxes over them. Now that the boxes are fitted, am I able to insulate around the boxes (as it is now) then put a second layer over the top? I'm wanting to fit loft legs and some boards for storage but wasnt sure what to do about the downlights.
The bulbs are all LED if it makes a difference.

If anybody who is more experienced has any thoughts on it I'd really appreciate some advice

The bulbs are all LED if it makes a difference.

They don't get as hot but still get hot.
