What's your electricity tarrif called? I have a feeling it isnt straight E7. Most E7 supplies have two fuseboxes, two mainwitches. This certainly isnt a standard system.

Dont suppose you know if you have 3 phase do you? A picture of the meter and mainfuse would tell us.

And that B40 in the old wylex shouldnt be there.

If your smoke alarms really are 16 years old, they need replacing.

Dont know who fitted this system

The is no main isolation switch for the system

The house was built in the 70's and then they put the heating system in about the 90's
