Obviously you have not been paying attention. Read the Withdrawal Agreement that Boris negotiated, Agreed and forced through Parliament, which the brexers celebrated noisily and joyfully on Friday when it came into force.

You might like to start with Chapter 1.

Article 145 is an example.
