Hi I have recently moved into a house with this alarm installed. I have changed the user code etc. When decorating the living room I thought I might be able to remove the motion sensor to take the wallpaper off behind it. I removed the front cover which triggered the alarm but input my code straight away. The lcd screen is now showing the message in the first picture and when I enter my code and press reset I get the second screen. Any ideas what I need to do. Thanks in advance.

It's set to engineer reset / anticode on tamper , you need an anticode reset or engineer reset

Thanks I don’t know who the original installer was can I get anyone out to do this?

i am struggling to figure out how to change the phone number dialed when the alarm is tripped, i have the same alarm keypad as emma 1977 above and similarly have just moved into a house with this system,
the previous owner is now sick to death with phone calls from alarm company when my wife forgets about it.

You probably don't have the same panel , more than likely a CPX , change code and turn off voice comm if it is a CPX otherwise it may have a separate speech dialer

I have the instructions for how to change the phone number hand written at home. Will take a photo and post here this evening, they worked for me.

Hi yes I thought I posted the photo last week but can see it’s not there sorry. Will try this evening when I get home.

Sorry couldn’t find the piece of paper not sure if too late now but here you go.
