Is it genetic with some people? I have always been able to cram my head with whatever I want (though I try not to), and don't put any weight on. Over Xmas, I eat far too much of the wrong foods, only exercised when I walked to the fridge,drank too much and hardly left the house for a week.
After Xmas, I had lost a couple of lbs. So I suppose at the other end of the spectrum, there must be plenty of gutbuckets out there who only have to look at a grape to maintain their Frank Cannon physiques.

The point I was trying to make was......about the obvious connection of fat parenthood and fatness in general being filtered down to the children. It's happening .

At school, I fought for these fat kids when they were getting beaten up.
They had no-one else. I couldn't have that.
In those days there was no help from teachers.
It was just so avoidable.
I don't know about these days, but any parent sending a child to school as a fat kid...... Just give some thought to the world you are sending them into.
