Firesafe panel problem

Hi

I have a firesafe 4 zone panel in one of our properties.

Power has been off for a number of months. Today turned power on and a power fault indicater light with power present light is on. Also zone 2 ground floor indicater on.

Any ideas tried ressettin but no avail

I'd imagine it's some sort of battery fault.

What sort of indicator on zone 2? Fault / alarm / something else?

I think the best thing to do is have a firm come in and give it a full service and test.

It just say zone 2 then a fault indicater in green underneath

Was that the reason it was turned off?
Agree with the batts being flat and for safety ought to be replaced. As for fault finding the zone is really up someone who knows what they are doing.
