frame less shower door not closing properly need help newbie

hi im new here so not sure where to put my post so first
HI all
and ill try to post some pictures basically the guy installed the frame less door on the end it has magnetic strip which should match the strip on the side when its closed but you should see its miles off and gap on the bottom and the builder is long gone so if anyone can guide me where i can get some help initially i was thinking of putting some sort of glue and stick the magnetic strip on the inside of glass door so it can close but that does mean alot of gap on the bottom ,

Erm.. That frame looks to be aluminium, which isn't magnetic. The plastic strip in your pictures is just a water seal, and it also like the door isn't completely shut - this is causing the gap. Shut the door and the gap will go away sufficiently that water is contained. At the bottom, check that the sealant work is arranged so that water runs into the shower tray rather than out onto the floor. By this I mean, examine the construction of the shower and ensure (knowing that water will get into the gaps between the door and the frame) that any water in the gap will run down it and into the tray, not onto the floor. this is usually achieved with angles, drain channels etc

If you can't shut the door, look for something preventing it from closing. You may reach the conclusion that part of the frame has been mounted in the wrong place, in which case you should work out how best to remedy the situation by moving parts of the frame so the door can close and form an acceptable seal

In the third picture, it looks as though the ali on the wall is in two parts. One part is fixed to the wall UPRIGHT, the the second piece slips over it and is held by the three screws inside. This second piece should be able to move in and out from the wall to widen/narrow the door gap. So to test this, loosen all three screws and push the top of the ali towards the wall. If you are lucky the outer moulding will move and the door will close up against the aluminimium edge, make sure the bottom of the door is still covered by aluminimium edge. If so tighten up the screws. if it does not move, it might be that the screws are self tappers, and once the strip is in the correct place new holes will have to be drilled and the screws screwed in to hold it in the correct position.

If there's a gap at the bottom of the door (pic 1) it suggest that the aluminium upright that the door closes in, isn't at the same angle as the door and the other side of the frame is. Check both sides with a spirit level and see which ones out. Once you've ascertained the faulty side, you'll need to prise off the plastic header caps that protect the screws, unscrew them, remove the outer frame piece, reposition the inner frame section, and then re-assemble everything.

Picture 2 looks a bit odd in that there appears to be a kink in the door about two thirds of the way up - or is this just an optical illusion. and the frame that the door closes on would normally be the same height as the door, and then have a capping piece on top of it; what's gone wrong there.

There's also something odd about picture 4. There's more evidence of the kink in the door when notice that the plastic seal on the door seems to widen towards the top, but it also looks as though the magnetic strips don't meet in the right place. I suspect that the wall channel has been screwed down before the door was in position to check that they line up. It look as though the top of the channel should be closer in to the wall, so that the magnetic bits meet together properly.

And sorry, I maybe should have just said that the simplest way to describe the problem, is that the top of the channel (that the door chatches on) on the wall needs to be moved about an inch towards the rear of the shower to take out the gap at the bottom.

Yep looks to have been very badly fitted, it may also be possible that the frame doesn't have enough adjustment to fit the opening
