I have a single detched garage that I'd like to extend to a double. Block built, I can keep that within the limit of the 30sqm for building regs.
If however I additionally build a 12sqm garden room on the back, does that push me over the limit?
Common sence tells me it does. If I built the garden room standalone an inch away from the garage does that make any difference. (I wouldn't but just testing the regs.)
