You could liken BJ's handling of the pandemic to a plane crash.

Most plane crashes are not the result of one thing going wrong, or one error, but a series of mistakes or faults.

He didn't just mess up once, he messed up several times.

Missing Cobra meetings, inaction at the beginning where he sat on his hands for a month, the PPE cock-up, being distracted by Brexit, the testing fiasco, a general failure to prepare. Even going right back to 2016, when the Tory Govt knew they were ill-prepared for anything like this. Granted BJ was not PM then, but when he took over, he should have made plans.

Everyone makes mistakes. People know that. But you can be judged on how you handle those mistakes. BJ didn't try to manage those mistakes, he just piled one mistake on top of another. Utter incompetence.

Like I said, it was more than one meeting, but more importantly, it was not just the missing of the meetings, but a whole series of mistakes, errors, omissions and inaction that led to where we are now.
