hand dryer above radiator?

Can you put a hand dryer above a radiator as long as it is a certain distance away?

i was implying you use an angle grinder and go through the radiator

other things to keep in mind
if you have little uns reaching accross a hot radiator they could burn bare skin

also you radiator would need an extra coat of paint to make shure its waterproof
