It would depend on what crime you get the death penalty for. Who is going to come quietly if they know the sentence is death, who is going to leave possible witnesses etc.

Probably more than they say.China bump of a significant amount of people per year
Mind you they bump people off for any thing ???
Fraud and all that caper
Blimey probably lucky some in here are not in China what with income tax fiddles (??) lol
Only European country that afaik have the bump off penalty is Belarus ?????

I think under the proposals in this thread, he'd have already been done.Should Ian Huntley's killer be summarily executed?
And if you are going to die anyway, kill one - might as well kill them all.Well, if you murder one, and that murder is witnessed, you still have a chance of getting away with it, so it doesn't necessarily follow that you would need to murder more, or everyone.
Everyone? Bit extremeAnd if you are going to die anyway, kill one - might as well kill them all.
Murder and the death sentence has never been at the moderate end of the crime spectrum. Few murderers are behaving rationally.Everyone? Bit extreme![]()

But if the guilt is 100% certain....I mean it's on camera or 50 people witness it, then do away with them I'd say.
Ive already said 50....47 people cant be trustedWhat if only 49 people witness it? Is that enough? 48? 47?
How many witnesses do there have to be for guilt to be 100% certain?

Asking about a lower number is valid.
