Feel free to go back to the original point you were trying to argue. You’ve argued a number is 1:4 instead of 1:3 based estimates and sources that you don’t understand. Not because you can’t do the maths but because the source is not sufficiently clear.I have done so. Nominal records include dead people, the FOI is ambiguous about it they have been removed or not.
And you ignore all the evidence I have provided so that's not a very meaningful threat. You still haven't acknowledged that you keep using the 44 million number wrongly.
The point I made is around 3-5% of the population are sentenced at some point in their life and if that doubles, the problem is the law and punishment, not the population.
It’s like trying to use a data lake to solve operational reporting needs. You can’t trust the data, beyond what you know about it.
