So you believe the torygraph over the estate agent that is selling the house? Where the torygraph actually "borrowed all the photos and details? (I guess that maybe four bedrooms were so small as to later be knocked through to form two bedrooms? )
Yes - my mate "works for a union" and she works bloody hard doing exactly what she did for a private company

Your opinion may be static (although I doubt that very much). You are probably drifting further towards the right. In the process, imagining that more and more people are (relatively) left of your politics.
You can drag up as many old reports as you like in an attempt to justify your opinion. But references to four year old reports are useless in a time-frame of politics.
In fact the more old reports that you drag up, the more obvious it is that you have no argument.

I would buy the house as I know its one of a kind.
I will pay the market price because I know the seller can only hold out for another 18mths, before the 40yr lease expires.
The house has potential for significant 'change of use' and enlargement without the restrictions of the current tenancy agreement.
The wallpaper and internal layout is not of my liking, but offers opportunity for improvement.
I'll also trim the boundary hedge as I want to remain neighbourly.
Door locks need changing though, as the previous owner was rather lax to whom he issued keys.
Getting very excited now and can't wait to move in as I consider it to be an ideal home and long term investment for my grandchildren and beyond.
Who buys a house with an eighteen month lease?
