As said, I estimated more like 8:1 but I would have to measure it to be sure.
when i first left school in the 60s i worked as a delivery boy for a couple off weeks with the bonaccord [spelling] juice place in corstorphine edinburgh
the syrup flavours where in huge vats the normal concentrate [all that was available then] was diluted about 10 to one to make the concentrate then you dilute 4/1 to make the drink so a 40-1 ratio
i make the juice up by the bottle use the same bottle pick a point and fill 3/4 if its to strong add more water to weak add more
i prefer around 6/7-1 ratio dependant on flavour
