I thought that quote was by Edmund Burke, eLIE Wiesel has a track record of nicking other people's quotes.

Sorry, you're right on Burke, but I think it may go back further than that. I did a quick search on Bing, and just pick up the quote, hence my mistake.

Judging by the results of this massive vote on the brexit vote what it shows there's been an even more swing to come out of the EU !!!!!

So it seems the population have seen the bullying tactics of the EU for what they are empty posturing.

I mean that pathetic thing about England leaving when it's their round !!!!! When 3/4 of the EU never get a round they just rattle their empty glasses.

Amazing how the remainers still moan about the vote result and seem gleefull when anykind of negativity is raised .....talk about sore losers

For evil to flourish, it only requires good men to do nothing - Elie Wiesel

So the young who didn't come out and vote in the same numbers are the good people who let the evil oldies flourish - sounds about right. :ROFLMAO:

the population

very foolish to think that the buttons pressed by a handful of retired plumbers represent the views of the UK population.

I remember we had some old fellow who claimed never to have met a Remainer, and extrapolated this to assume a massive preponderance of Quitters.

Gasbag will have encouraged all of his fellow dribbling inmates to vote out on this forum too. Take it with a pinch of salt.

Yeh. Just like last time. TBH you'd be better off with no further vote. As it stands there won't be much of a Brexit. Another vote would go much more in favour of brexit and it might really happen. Count your blessings.

It's gotta be Gasbags worst nightmare. Adhering to all of the EU rules and laws, still paying them billions and having zero say at the table.

Poor old Gasbag is likely to explode when one of his fellow inmates reads the news to him.

But surely that's what he voted for?

It's not a surprise.

Which of the available options did he say he wanted?
