The best thing to do would be to replace the common wire between the right hand switch and the light with a piece of twin and earth as per your drawing then.
Connect the brown as per the existing connections, the blue goes in with the other neutral at the light, and the earth wire in some green and yellow sleeving connects to the earth terminal at either end.
