Hacking out the wall is an awful idea.

I hadn't been sure, but it's interesting to hear you say that. I'll forget about that idea.

irotate WC, put under window

The toilet can't go under the window as the internal window ledge is just 543mm above the floor. Any toilet I've seen is taller than this.

Otherwise put soil pipe through wall into kitchen loft space, then out through wall of kitchen.

I'll have a think about that one.

If necessary, you can put a board across the lower part of the window.

I haven't heard of that done before. I'm not sure what that would look like or if it would "detract" in any way from the window.

I'll have a look online to see if I can see any photos of this.

The top will be 327 mm up the window from the cill - you could always use the basin and chuck the water out the window like they did in 16th Century London
