is it worth a service

I have an ancient Glow Worm Spacesaver 38 on a vented system
I last had it serviced about 4 yrs ago, the geezer didn't seem to do a lot, just gave it a bit of dusting I think. It was done by Corgi reg Co.
The question is, is it worth me having a service carried out, what should I be getting for my £75?
