It's a steal.
Even has room at side to extend-no problem.
if I was in those parts- I would snap it up.
The money you would get from renting it out to a local 'citizen' (on benefits) would pay for it in 2 months. Anything else on top would be a bonus .
Would be crazy not to take a punt on it .

Ditto, sadly im not (and 250miles is a fairl way to have a house you need to look after) and I cant actually find it on any site for sale, so maybe its gone or been increased in price. But as you say, for a grand, winner. BOGOF, double winner.
