"Doctors Without Borders, (Medecins sans Frontieres, also known by its acronym MSF), said it had counted 16 medical personnel killed since Saturday, 18 ambulances destroyed and eight medical facilities damaged either totally or partially.

Israel gets away with its terrible treatment of Palestine because of its importance in geopolitically - Israel is a military and economic powerful force in a region of undemocratic Arab countries…so it’s valuable to the wealthy West.

This is a known factor, people get over heated, take the UK or north America, when there has been rioting has it been in the summer or the winter?
may be there should be laws on clothing during hot weather - very dark or black clothing is likely to cause the person to overheat and start rioting or looting.

I don't think he was. The hard stance against Iran (despite EU & UK opposition), the Abraham accords, normalising Israel relations with Arab countries, a proposed 50 billion dollar peace deal for Palestinians (not as good as it sounded admittedly), to add to all that, he didn't like Netanyahu and called him out for not being genuine in seeking peace.
The Donald can be called out on lot's of scores and I'll tend to agree, but on foreign policy, he was OK.
