Sorted now guys....went the eBay route.
What's the best way to bolt them all together.
Was thinking stainless screwed bar cut to length. Welded nut on 1 end and nylon nut and washer on other end. Timber connectors between joist
 
You've no guarantee that the welded nut will hold, so a nylon nut and washer both sides would be better.
 
Would they be in a straight line in middle every 600mm or staggered top bottom top bottom like. Using 12mm screwed rod.

Staggered top and bottom. But I'd still have gone with the 200x50's, and then only needed 2 joists. Less cost and hassle all round, and you've only lost 2 inches on the ceiling height.
 
38 quid each....haha 4 off eBay for 20 quid mate..thanks anyway..
