round my way Chubb security will do it even if they aren't your alarm co. IIRC they charge about £150 p.a.
If you have a "mobile security co" locally with vans and dogs I expect they will do it for you.
In the event of a call-out they normally charge an hourly rate.
It is important to choose someone with an office quite near your premises so they can issue the keys and drive to you within 20 minutes.
Also consider a trusted neighbour
