I have bought a couple of link-lights to fit to the undersides of our kitchen cabinets (my wife wasn't too impressed by my connecting the existing kitchen light to the extension light by a three way circuit; she thinks its now too bright!!!)
As our kitchen is currently a work in progress and awaiting the plasterer, what is the best way to wire them up. I have a 'spare' switch box next to the existing intermediate light switch (from previous owner, god knows why).
Is it better to wire the lights into the lighting circuit, and control them from this 'new' switch, or is connection to a fused connection unit wired into the ring main best?
thanks
