First rule of Registered Gas Installer - Turn the F*****G phone off while doing gas checks
We had a gas leak last week. 2 'engineers' turned up seperately. Number one ignores the door bell and knocks on the door.

Number two turns up 15 minutes after number one. He rings the doorbell.
Number one gave him the biggest b*ll*cking my missus has seen for ages!!

Charnwood .
One of first things you learn is always use letterbox or chap door. First guy was right .
Even when not attending leaks we never used door bells.
Biggest ignition source in gas explosions is the fridge the motor constantly turning off and on

Trying to work out how i hit the E and H after one another .
Drink is the obvious answer

Mmmmmm!!......Scotch.
No chaps, ACOPs is what we formally did as a gas qualification, it was very, very basic. As I recall, anyone with gas ACOPs didn't have their head so far up their arze as some on here with ACS!! I also have done my ACS gas 'courses' & that's all they are courses.
Nice to have you back Kev, I hope the weather in Whitley Bay is not too wet, that caravan roof of yours will never hold up to heavy rain.
