Tried to reply to a thread, "insufficient privileges", how come ? Not even posted in the thread. Or does insufficient privileges mean I've upset a lefty by showing him up?

Looking at the amount of padlocks lately and i had one on a thread i can't see why just a sarcastic comment back saying 'argumentative' or something similar. Someone feeling a bit emotional or new person taken over.

Can you read? He's asking why he has been locked out and has "insufficient privileges" to reply on a thread that he hasn’t posted in. Where’s the upset?
