Covid 19. Storm in a teacup.
But lets thrash the economy anyway.

The argument was that all medical professionals were in agreement with the policies, now that is shown not to be the case it doesn't seem to matter.

Nobody can get to see a doctor for common or garden ailments because of this scamdemic. What are they actually doing in the health centres and hospitals? My bins are not being emptied as much as before, and all other public services have been reduced. Yet still they collect my council tax in full.

Where is this? Bin collections not affected here, but I've not tried to make a doc appointment.

I have never been moved to write before this epidemic. As it became obvious to me some months ago that more harm than good was being accrued from lockdown measures, I felt I had to speak out. I have tried – and spectacularly failed elsewhere – to get interest from media organisations to put the message out that there was another side to the equation: that people’s health was being harmed by our zealous ‘battle’ with the virus and that there was no logic or precedent in healthy people hiding from an infection such as this. There have been some other voices, but no traction on countering the overwhelming narrative that still engulfs any sort of dissension on this matter.

Speaking back in June. But their is hope now.
With the thousands in the medical profession now sharing his views.

Yep, I'm still having some minor problems 6 months on. Lots a lot worse though.

Give over : you've not even been tested for covid. You've just decided you've had it (like half of the country have done, if you listen to R5L phone ins on the subject).

Did you get tested?

No, I caught it early, when testing was only available in other countries.

How do you know it was COVID then? Both myself and partner had a dose of high temperatures and breathlessness in December, partner has had an antibody test, which came back negative.

Well, I had most of the symptoms, as did other members of my family, and we had been in close contact with people that had been tested. My symptoms included:
  • shortness of breath
  • coughing
  • headaches
  • total loss of smell and taste (def. not slight loss as with colds etc)
  • back pain (chest infection)
  • upset stomach
  • extreme tiredness (almost fell asleep driving home one day)
  • all over aching muscles
My wife had similar symptoms, but did not lose smell, taste. My son had a rash on hands, headache, stomach ache, coughing, sleepyness.

Highly unlikely it was anything else.

Well, that's case closed then.
