Looks like Starmer

The law prevented anybody arriving from arriving applying for asylum

If they can't apply for asylum they can't be deported

UK is still in ECHR
They are subject to removal proceedings like those who have applied and are denied. The limbo only occurred when the new government changed this.

No they weren't

It was dependent on processing in a different country

Is considering deporting migrants to some where in the Balkans

Basically paying foreign countries to take migrants

Labour thinking out of the box :giggle:

Staggering :ROFLMAO:

I wonder if it will be like Rwanda. Just some window dressing to make it look like they're tackling a problem that they have no intention of tackling.

It looks like it will be for failed asylum seekers.
So, probably a couple of people a year.
The only 2 genuinely needing asylum and the only 2 with qualifications which could be useful to our country...
If you define everyone as an illegal, it's no wonder there is a lot of them.......
They all cross from a safe country, so all entering without following the correct procedure.
Illegal?
That's become a grey area...
A few years ago, there was no doubt that everyone crossing the waters was illegally entering the country, but now...

We force them to do that, there are no safe routes for them.

More safe routes, offshore processing and faster processing of those already here. The PM must read this forum...

Please read ALL of my post.
Extracting a few words might seem convenient for you but proves your idiocy.

FALSE!
There are procedures to seek asylum in every European country and then procedures to ask to be transferred to UK.
This procedures do not involve jumping on a dingy and cross the waters without notifying the authorities.

My point was pertinent.

Just because you don't like it, doesn't invalidate it.
