The Chinese are non too happy about the Yanks pulling out of Afghanistan.
Nor is Uzbekistan,
Uzbek and Uyghur fundamentalists have been fighting alongside the Taliban.
If the Taliban take over then millions of dollars worth of weaponry will fall into their hands.
The Taliban could then turn its attention to spreading the "true religion" to its Islamic neighbours in Uyghur land.
