Sorry my mistake, must have been some other bleedin pillock I was stuck behind while he was stopped in the middle of the road, with his engine off, taking pictures. I think he was waiting for the thaw....

I didn't need one. As I took the piccy, the light went green. My engine was switched off, but I had time to start up & pull away before the car in front began to move.
