Looking to fit a new boiler ... which has standard 28mm tails.
To get full 10 yr warranty I have to fit a Magnaclean Professional 2 filter. (even though no iron in the circuit)

These come with 22mm valves .... do you just put 28 x 28 x 22 Tees on one of the tails, and allow flow through without being in series.

I don’t know, never used one (system does not require it) …. I looked on website could only find 22mm …but you may be right.

No harm in having the filter. How did you check the system water to be clean.

Fact that radiators are metal ( yours may be alloy) and initial fill will have water ( air being common, 20% of which is oxygen)
, bound to get blackening of water ( magnetite).

There are only 2 radiators … copper.
no Fe in system.
System has inhibitor at initial fill.
Appreciate your comment on Magnettite - but that is created from oxidation of Iron, there is no iron in the system.
However as per the post I am fitting a magnetic cleaner as Viessmann require this for 10yr warranty.
