MEB size

Just a quickie.

What size should the MEB to water and gas supplies be in a property with a PME supply earth? The supply earth is 50mm² and the supply neutral is 95mm² (Its a non domestic property BTW)

Regs give it as 25mm² but YEDL can overrule this.
