What would I do? I'm not in charge, but I would do this:
1. Hold them all in offshore detention centre, Isle of Wight world do nicely
2. Log all biometrically so we know if they ever try come back in future
3. Fast track deportation to a third country which has a return agreement, for them to be sent back to where they came from
4. Anyone from genuine war zones to be processed for asylum and treated humanely
5. Transparent monthly reporting to the public to show performance or lack of

But I'm reality our nongovernment will probably hope their swapsies plan will be a smoke screen for letting huge numbers stay. What happened to smash the gangs, is that's over now?

1. Offshore is outside of the UK. We already hold them in detention centres
2. We already do that.
3. We already do that for those with return agreements.
4. Ok.
5. We already do that.
