Migrant channel crossing deal.

UK is way too soft.......and the illegal immigrants know it...
Then more would come here, but they don't.

The vast majority go elsewhere, why would that be if the migrants know the UK are a soft touch?

Sorry to be pain, but I don't understand that point. Could you explain a bit more what you mean please.
It looks like Justin stockbroker Passing, is under the impression that human rights laws somehow provide immunity to those that break the law in the UK.

As other humans?

Their human rights do not supersede the fact that they have broken the law in the UK.
Not sure what you mean. But it’s unlikely to be correct. Human rights are frequently used by criminals to trump the system.

because getting here is expensive for them. There is such a thing as rich and poor refugees

Explain how an amendment to to the HRA will prevent migrants coming to the UK and how you would hope to circumvent Parliament and the HoL?
Section 3 of the Human Rights Act mandates that all legislation, primary and subordinate, must be interpreted in a way that is compatible with Convention rights, as far as it is possible to do so.
Section 6 of the Human Rights Act makes it unlawful for a public authority to act in a way that is incompatible with a Convention right.

combine the two and you will see why there is a case for reform.

A government with a mandate simply passes law to amend the above. If they have the mandate, it will become law. That's how most laws are made.

The reason why the vast majority of migrants go to other countries is because it is too expensive to get here.
I know people that holiday in Dubai and pay thousands per night in a hotel. I cannot afford that so I go elsewhere. Quite simple really.

Why do they holiday in Dubai and not the Carribbean?

Is it because Dubai is a soft touch? Doesn't strike me that it is.
