Yes it is, I will do some measurements at the weekend to see how this will pan out. But for me it would be great if I could have a bathroom upstairs so keen to explore this possibility. My roof is also in need of renewal as I have no sarking felt so I could combine all these jobs in one.....best I start saving!!

Just thought i would bounce in other ideas!!
what about mirroring the existing extension and thus creating a huge valley, but at 1st floor level collar across thus creating a deck that both mirrored pitches could drain onto, the upper window could convert to a doorway leading onto a nice private terrace.
