The point i was making was that none of the above had been mentioned until i made a comment on it and then you decide to give it large.....The new socket is an addition needs testing and a cert but you already know this so why not tell the OP, and your comment about certs doesnt make it right...your telling me you have never come across a diyer who has wired a socket incorrectly, Just because it works doesnt mean its safe
