No pressure on boiler Alpha HE CB33 Please help!

Hi, can someone please advise me on how to increase the pressure back up on my boiler? I have no hot water or heating. I cant see any valves on my filling loop to turn. I have attached a picture of the filling loop, if someone could please please tell me what to do to get the pressure back up?

Any help would be massively appreciated as me and the kids are freezing

Hi Aleta

If you look at the silver valve in your first pic (0358) on the top right it has an arrow pointing to the right, you have to open this one to fill the boiler, it looks like the other valve is already open so make sure you have closed the valve properly when finished, you might need a small spanner to turn the small nut on top of the valve.

Thank you! I've tried turning it with pliers, but no luck, I might have to buy a specialist tool maybe. Thanks so much for your help!
