On the way home today I must have counted 3 different shoes on the side of the road. How do people lose these - do they not realise until they get home???

thinking about it there was a song, cant remeber who by, but a bit of it it went something like


"whats that i see ahead? looks like my old brown shoe"


point being he said (sang) shoe, not shoes
