Parking Charge UKCPS

Because she now regrets being so weak, and not standing up for herself.

One of few times I've agreed with you to date.

However, this is Mrs Secure's parking charge and she is getting anxious and it looks like she will pay to avoid any consequences.

Secures, people have taken time to try and help you so that's a bit of a smack in the face isn't it really? Even if you listenened to motors ramblings you're still likely to succeed as the charge is bogus as clearly your missus doesn't have the bottle to just ignore them. Everyone's here told you countless times what the deal is and you do no favours to anyone else that's likely to fall prey to this scam by complying. The more people that comply the worse it gets for EVERYONE.

I expect not to see you posting asking for advice again on such matters as I'm sure you appreciate. There's really no helping some people.

That's harsh, Hawk.

It's not a smack in the face at all. I am surprised you feel that way.

I can no longer drive due to poor vision. Mrs S is the RK. If it was me I'd fight all the way, and relish my time in court, as I have said. But the paperwork is addressed to Mrs S and she feels she can't continue.

I did not know this when I asked advice. When the issue arose, I talked about it with Mrs S and she initially agreed to challenge the charge, signing the letter we sent on MB's advice.

But I am not her and she is not me. If she decides to discontinue, even though she has been encouraged by me and against your collective advice, what do you want me to do?

I can't force her to sign any more letters or indeed stop her from paying them what they are demanding.

I can't help but wonder what you would do if you were me. How would you encourage someone to do something they did not want to do?

Doubtless you would scoff and say that that situation would never arise, as you and your partner are like-minded people........

Advice is given but it doesn't have to be taken. Grow up a bit Hawk, you sound sulky.

I disagree. More people paying makes it less likely that these companies will ever start pursuing those who ignore them in any great number.

If you feed a pigeon some crumbs it will come back for more and soon enough more pigeons will follow it's lead.

A man I am lunching with as we speak spoke of his daughters' (and her fellow nurse colleagues) woes regards tickets they all received on a car park in hospital grounds.
His daughter paid the £100 quid but her friend did not. The friend is now £2200 pounds worse off.

that's what happens if you ignore the claim and keep ignoring it once it goes to court. If you engage in dialogue the trump card is that county court claims are always heard in the defendants local county court. The claimant would normally incur huge costs shipping legal representation out from HQ for the day, hence why they don't usually turn up (assuming you won't either).

@securespark does your eye sight qualify you for a blue badge?

BTW I'm not offended if you don't go with my suggestions - you don't know me from the next internet troll.
