Paypal part 2

I have been on the phone today to paypal. They told me if I sell something on e-bay they pay me then they try to get the money from the buyer.
If they don’t get the money they put a hold on the payment while they try again. If they then fail this happens once in about ten clams they then keep the money, and its up to the seller to try and get a cheque from the buyer.

Paypal is very safe if you are buying but not if you are selling.

I think you're right there, twice as a buyer i've had a refund from paypal through their dispute procedure in a fairly quick time.
