I caught that the other morning on one of those morning shows whilst at a customers. That said, the woman from which or wherever she was from didnt have a clue what she was talking about either. Taking you pc to any large firm (any item - not just a pc) depends on the staff that actually look at it, you could get a really good techy, or you could get a muppet who doesnt really care and just wants to "fix" as many pc's as possible in a day to get his bonus.
