Rob, was it a female customer? (At risk of being flamed by everyone for this remark)

I deliberatly made the OP non gender specific, but seeing as you asked, yes it was a female customer

Camera is a Pentax Optio S40 4.0 megapixels, oh and I never go anywhere without my camera.
You never know where the next picture of the week is going to be

Here's another pic. Gold star to the first person who knows where this is

is it that the plug case has got dirt on it, so it does seal properly and lets the water from the swimming pool in?

I see the problem.

The cord grip wasn't tightened :D
I doubt it. the inner insulation tends to be pretty well attatched to the coppper cores and would not pull back that far easilly, also the wires look far more twisted than they usually are inside thier insulation.

I reckon that plug was wired like that from when it was first put on.

What gets me is that the person who reported it didn't see what the problem was before changing the fuse.

So we have two numpties here, one who wired it in the first place and one who couldn't recognise an obviously miswired plug when going in to change the fuse.

easy problem to see the plugs got no cover on it. See its easy being a spark, dont know what all the fuss is about
