Jeez there are plenty of Islamic organisations that are doing good or attempting to do good in the world ? many at some risk to them selves

organisations that are campaigning for gay right's , womans rights in Saudi , stop honour killings in Pakistan , charity's trying to assist & get justice for woman that have suffered acid attacks.
