Post the best photo you took today

The houses down my road were built in 1960. We moved from a house that was built in 1899. I still consider our house a 'new build' but when they come up for sale they are described as 'mid century'. That makes me feel old!

Finished my second big anti-butterfly cage for the allotment so that’s two big ones and one little one. Can start planting out soon. :mrgreen:

Spotted this Slowworm hanging down an old stump warming in the morning sun. Ive not seen one this large for a long time, it was as thick as my thumb

Koblenz where the Moselle flows into The Rhine, normally full of cruise ships & cargo vessels, the green space on the right is a caravan site, should be full, cables are from the usually busy cable car
 
Cats most certainly can be affectionate, nothing to do with comfort. Our "new" cat (a good few years old now) was very cold towards me when he first arrived (more so than other members of the family), but now he comes and sits on my lap for a cuddle.
This is despite the fact that I am the chosen one when it comes to putting flea stuff on the back of his neck, which he absolutely hates.
