Pub passports?

Sounds easy to forge if you fancy a pint then!

Person on radio made a good point - we are supposed to be trying to be healthy, why not open gyms and health clubs and have covid passports for those?
And what about shops, restaurants? Lots of places other than pubs that need supporting - a day after John Lewis collapses we are still focussing on getting people to sit at a bar and get ****ed.

The longer you keep people out of pubs, the less the strain on A&E at the Hospital.

“COULD” being the operative word and the fact they say it may be down to individual publications to make the choice.
My local landlord has a brain and has already said that it’s never gonna happen in their pub so crack on.
(y)
Mind you this whole farce from the government has been made up of could be or approximations, maybes, estimations .
Bbbbaaaaaahhhhhh

Then he could expect to be sued by someone who's loved one caught covif in said pub and died

:ROFLMAO::D:ROFLMAO::D:ROFLMAO: Are you serious. So does that mean every single location that someone has caught Covid can now be sued.
Is that the next step from the government then? To waste another few hundred million quid by finding the exact location that someone caught Covid.
What a ridiculous statement you put out there lol

Behave yourself .
So can people sue the hospitals that they caught Covid in or supermarket, schools, planes, shops etc. If you read what was said properly then it says it could be at the publicans discretion.
It may not be mandatory.
:ROFLMAO::D:LOL::rolleyes::mrgreen:
how on earth can they sue when it wouldn’t be mandatory and how on earth would they prove the exact time, date, location that they caught it.
Mind you seeing as you can supposedly catch a life threatening disease but not show any symptoms what so ever would make that even harder.or better still get a jab or two that won’t stop you transmitting or catching a disease and abracadabra,
The world is back to normal.:D:D:cautious::cautious::eek::eek::rolleyes:

Cometh the hour, cometh the forgery (y)

And the jabbed sheeple will always be afraid!

I really don't see this working. Any piece of paper would be simple to make up on a standard pc and printer. If the 'passport' isn't absolutely secure it will be a waste of time, and anything 'secure' would mean a system, administrators, passport police, etc, etc. Waste of money IMO.

Not exactly. Deloitte will submit a £25m feasibility study and the con jobs on here will defend it as money well spent.

Like the idea that pubs that have been starved of custom/income for a year will be keen to turn customers away. People voting for draconian state control who want the vaccine to regain their freedoms, but surrender them at the same time. :ROFLMAO: Don't think they've thought this one through.

We've flattened the curve, saved lives and brought deaths down, prevented The NHS from being overwhelmed - and now what? More months of lockdown? But all the vulnerable older groups have been vaccinated, as they never tire of telling us. Lets remember, it's mainly over 80s with co morbidities that are dying 'with' Covid. Why are we waiting? What are we waiting for? To make sure that the last small businesses that are hanging on wither on the vine? Why is the government about to vote through another 6 months of restrictive Covid powers? Does anyone wonder why furlough has been extended all the way to SEPTEMBER? :cautious: That's 6 months away!

Funny how the wealthy/comfortably off are being looked after in a lockdown. Businesses are going bust all the time, but the governments friends with big property interests are being looked after. The property market is being protected from any impact by stamp duty breaks. Those with second homes abroad are a special case who are allowed to break lockdown travel restrictions so they can check on their wine cellars in the chateau or fill the pool in their Spanish villas.

And no one seems to think there's anything funny going on.

But don't worry, it's spring and respiratory ailments always take a big dip. It happened last year without a vaccine. Or maybe it's because of the jab this year. Confusing!

So put the blame on the establishments. Typical Mottie falls for another con job.
mottie has already gone past dusting off his jackboots and is now doing the full 'spit and polish' jobbie...

In fact one could say he's drooling over them...

Big smile, Big smile, BIG SMILE...
