    PURE Li-Ion 10.8V Multi-Tool from screwfix

This new cordless tool seems really cheap, and looks like it takes the Bosch blades. £20 plus battery £15 and plus charger £15 - but if you are buying some of the other tools tool, then it seems a good small lightweight system.

Also, the charger does seem to have a very similar battery slot to the Bosch 10.8v Li-Ion batteries.

Does anyone know who makes these or an idea if these are suitable for light to medium trade use?

I can't understand why they don't sell everything together though. Should be possible to buy the Multitool complete with battery and charger, instead of having to order 3 items separately.

Idiots. SF have missed an opportunity here. ;) ;) ;) ;)

The idea is that you don't need a charger and battery with every single tool, so you buy the tool only for much less

The only other tool that SF sell in this range is the 10.8v cordless jigsaw.
Seems to be a bit of a DIY tool specially the price. ;) ;) ;)

Cheers BA. I just put Pure as a search term in the box on SF and all it came up with tool wise was the jiggy and the multi tool.
What do you reckon?/ OK for DIY but surely not pro tools. ;) ;) ;) ;)

at the price there will be a lot off people tempted as in £65 for a mini jiggy could pay for its self on a couple off jobs
if bosch bring one out i would jump at it as i have all there 10.8v stuff apart from the tin snips :D :D

i have 3 cordless jiggys 18v ryobi 18v dewalt and 24v bosch so could only justify if its more compact

If their blades do fit the Bosch it would be very interesting to see how much they're wanting to charge for them - could potentially be a very cheap source of blades

    LOL ... you Luddite! :p

I've got a bit of OCD when it some to tools. Yes I've got a garage full of tools, some useful , some not so. But I do tend to buy something and then look for a job where I can use it! lol

Thinking back 20 or so years, I had a bag of tools in the boot of my car which did me for years. Now, I don't do so many jobs, but I need a transit to fit all the tools in  I'm seeing a therapist.

Anyway, back OT ... a google throws up 'Evolution' Pure, so these tools may be made by Evolution (of cut off saw fame)? But no mention in the text on SF site or even on Evolution's site

More research .... if you google for " Faithfull multi tool blades " or similar, it will throw up some cheaper blades and accessories for the Bosch and other similar multi tools
