Well then, lots of folk say they are Hoovering up, but in fact they are not hoovering, they might be Panasonicing or Dysoning. Uou can only be hoovering if you are using a hoover , OK we know what they mean. Even though it is the wrong term.

I would say that the word hoover, was originally a noun, but it is now also a verb. Hoover= noun. hoover = verb.
