Hello,

I have two challenges I hope someone can help with.

I have a bathroom with 4 x LED spotlights. Two have stopped working, but the other two are good.

We purchased FEIT LED Downlights, Model: LEDR3/2/UK. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fire-Rated-Downlight-3-Colour-Temperatures-White/dp/B081VVM65M (we didn't purchase from Amazon).

When we removed the old LED's they had LED drivers attached, as expected, I contacted the manufacturer to check if I needed to purchase LED drivers as I had read some lights already came with the drivers built in. I was advised I would need LED drivers for this model. However, when I fitted the driver, the light didn't work. Without the driver the light works and are dimmable.

Is it possible that the information was not correct and I don't need them or is it possible the spec of the driver not correct, if so what would I need?

I then wanted to replace two halogen spots that had stopped working in another room with the two that were working. I removed the old light and wired as seen in the images below. Is there any reason why they would not work? There are 8 lights in total, do i have to upgrade them all at the same time?

Thank you in advance. I have swapped old spots to LED before and there was no issue. Before you ask, there is power :)

This image is from removing the old light with transformer and connecting the LED

@Clive72 you have created a number of problems for yourself.
Firstly, the old LED power supply is a 12volt constant VOLTAGE device. The replacement that you have bought is constant CURRENT. That is never going to work!

Once you have resolved that, you are going to have to sort out this

That is not wired correctly and that won’t work either.
