Salus RT500bc not sending signal please help we are cold

Suddenly the thermostat has stopped sending signal to put the heating on.

I’ve tried changing the batteries..

The red light is flashing on the receiver and on auto.

I’ve tried turning everything on and off again .
Its not kicking in when I turn the temperature up on the thermostat the flame comes up on the thermostat but no heating …

any suggestions please I’m freezing ??

If you changed batteries because screen went blank try leaving them out for 20 min or so,
Batteries must be decent quality alkaline zinc carbon or rechargeable will not do.

page 10&11 you shouldnt need to alter the jumpers just leave them as they are
