I'm sorry this is slightly off-topic, but Samsung are not my favourite company at the moment.
I have an American-style fridge-freezer that has developed a fault. Basically, although 'frost free' it has iced up, the water dispenser is not working and the temperature has gone up.
There are several web sites that describe this common problem and explain it as being due to a faulty design, yet Samsung insist that because it is now three and a half years old they can do nothing about it.
I have taken out an insurance scheme and the engineer came today. He replaced the faulty components exactly as described on various web pages. In my opinion, if the thing was of poor design it should be corrected by Samsung free of charge.
