Should there be a general election when Starmer gets booted?

He hasn't 'joined in the attack', only provided bases and support for American aircraft in the region. Starmer's very cautious about a repeat of Iraq and will not commit British forces any further...even if it ends up annoying Trump.*

*Especially if it annoys Trump, in my book.:p
So he's complicit in the attack, but wants to stay in the background, which he hopes will give him an air of ambivalence?
I'm sure the Iranians will look on him favourably.

For once, I'm in agreement with Starmer. Stay the hell out. Stay out of all international crap that has nothing to do with us. The USA always has self-interest behind all their operations anyway - they usually take oil wells, or at least sell arms to one or the other side. We get nothing, we just help the USA to take stuff for themselves. You can't bomb your way to peace.

I just wish he'd deploy our defence forces on defending our own country from invasion, e.g. on the south coast.
